By visiting our website, contacting us, requesting course details, or participating in any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Minimum age: the Services are intended for individuals who are at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Educational Disclosures and No Guarantees

• No financial, career, or professional guarantees: we do not promise any specific results, certifications, job outcomes, promotions, income increases, or business performance.
• Experts as invited specialists: some sessions may include guest instructors or invited specialists. Their participation may vary by cohort and schedule.
• Examples are illustrative: syllabi, case studies, and sample outputs describe typical educational artifacts, not guaranteed outcomes.

3. Description of the Services

lumionyx provides learning experiences in topics such as languages (including English, Chinese, and Arabic), applied AI workflows, coding fundamentals, modern digital skills, and personal development themes that support study routines.

Delivery formats may include cohort-based online courses (typically 2–3 weeks), live webinars (single sessions), masterclasses (focused topics), and short intensives. Session lengths are typically 60–75 minutes unless stated otherwise in the schedule for a specific cohort or webinar.

We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. If a change materially affects a scheduled cohort or webinar you planned to attend, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through the contact details you provided.

4. Communications and Requests

If you use our contact form or otherwise communicate with us, you agree that we may respond via email or phone using the contact details you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that your information is accurate.

We do not support account registration, logins, or user dashboards on this website. Any reference to “enrollment” or “registration” on the site refers to an offline confirmation process coordinated by email and/or phone.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the relevant Service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for intent and gross negligence.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumionyx Learning GmbH and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your misuse of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, internet or cloud outages, power failures, or cyberattacks. Where feasible, we will attempt to resume delivery as soon as practicable.

12. International Use

We operate from Germany. We make no representation that the Services are appropriate, lawful, or available for use in every jurisdiction. If you access the Services from outside Germany, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law rules. The courts of Munich, Germany will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

For users who qualify as consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence, and mandatory consumer protection laws may apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective 14 days after we post the updated Terms on this page, unless a shorter period is required for legal compliance or security reasons. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision.

21. Electronic Communications
